FREE Art Film:  DALE CHIHULY:  SHORT CUTS

On Tuesday, May 14 at 2:00pm in the Cribari Conference Room, the Villages Arts and Crafts Association will present the art film DALE CHIHULY: Short Cuts."

Glass artist, extraordinaire! What emerges from "Chihuly Short Cuts" is a portrait of an artist with an unbound creative capacity tirelessly pushing the boundaries of what glass as a medium can express and creating works of art that transcend the imagination.

You may have seen his show at the De Young several years ago or seen the ceiling in the lobby of the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, or the wonderful hanging fixtures at the Museum of Art in San Jose.

Come and enjoy! An art-related door prize will be awarded at the completion of the film.   Free admission for all Villagers and their guests.
