Come join us for an unusual Saturday Workshop in Drawing! Arts & Crafts will sponsor Nitasha Sahay on Saturday, October 28, from 10 am until 3 pm in the Art Room.

A long time member of our sister art club, East Valley Artists, Nitasha earned an M. A. in Fashion Design and Merchandizing; but has turned to fine art for the last 11 years. She started as a volunteer art teacher at her daughter's school, but 5 years ago opened her own studio where she teaches children and adults. She teaches traditional representational art in all mediums. You can view her work at

The fee for her class is $75. Participants should bring a 9 x 12 sketchbook or a stack of 9x12 paper and 3 graphite pencils: 2B, 4B and 8 B. A break for lunch will be 30 minutes, and participants are encouraged to bring brown bag lunches. Minimum number is 8 participants.
